Middle Fork Road Reopens

The Snoqualmie River Middle Fork Road (Forest Road 56), closed in December, 2019 due to a landslide, has been reopened!  Great news for hikers, mountain bikers, and climbers.  This closure was approximately 9 miles past the Mailbox Peak trailhead.  Now outdoor enthusiasts have access to the Taylor River – Snoqualmie Lake Trail, Otter Falls, Middle Fork Trail, Dingford Creek Falls and Trails.  This is prime spring runoff season so go see Otter Falls, Big Creek Falls, Dingford Creek Falls, and innumerable small cascades in their full glory! What perfect timing with the reopening of most of the trails following a lengthy Coronavirus closure!
